Privacy policy
Effective October 20, 2026
Happy Paws: Pet Rescue ("the app") is a cozy pet rescue game. We built it to be safe for children, and we keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the app and its ads.
What we collect
We don't collect personal information. There are no accounts, no sign-in, no chat and no way to share anything from the app. Game progress, including the optional name a player gives their rescuer, is saved only on the device and is never sent to us.
Ads
The free version shows one short ad at the end of each in-game day ("bedtime"), starting on the second day. Ads are provided by Google AdMob. Every ad request is marked as directed to children and under the age of consent, ads are non-personalized, and ad content is limited to family-friendly (rated G).
To show ads, count them and prevent fraud, Google's ad software may receive limited technical information from the device, such as the IP address (used for approximate location), device and app information, a device identifier, and how ads are viewed or tapped, along with diagnostic data. This information is not used to build a profile of the player or to track them across other apps and websites, and the app never asks for permission to track. See Google's Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
Purchases
The app offers one optional in-app purchase, "No more ads", which turns off ads. A parent gate (a grown-up question) appears before any purchase. Payments are handled entirely by Apple. We never see or store payment details.
Children
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child's personal information has been collected through the app, contact us and we will help delete it.
